Do I Need to be Certified

to be a Home Stager?

Want to know what kind of credentials it takes to be a professional home stager? Absolutely none.

There is no special home staging certification or accreditation required. Home staging is a completely wide-open field that you can get into with nothing but knowledge of how to stage homes, and how to develop a successful business.

There are many places where you'll be told that a specific home staging credential is needed to start a home staging business, but this is simply untrue.

The beauty of this business is that you don't need to have any special education to stage homes like you do with interior design.

Home staging is the business you can start if you love decorating and design, but don't have any kind of degree.

Are you pretty good (or phenomenal!) at decorating?

People may have noticed your design talent, or you may be somewhat known for having that special touch with decorating. Perhaps you've helped people chose colors for their home decorating projects.

Maybe you just know you have a knack for design. If this sounds anything like you, you can be a home stager. You just need the business training, along with the step-by-step home staging how-to guide that you'll receive in Home Staging Success.

Dear Jackie,

"Well I did it! 

Did my presentation this Morn. at 8:30 am...

Had to do some merchandising jobs and some errands.  When I returned home a couple hours later, I had messages from two of the realtors. One to do an historic house that is scheduled for an open house this weekend, and the homeowners just aren't getting it ready.  Also she has a rental house she wants me to work on. 

The other one gave my homeowners version to a client, she left his name and said that he will be calling me tomorrow.

Guess that's a start!!! I have a copy of my brochures in the mail for you.

Hi Jackie!

Things have taken off like you wouldn't believe since I received your e-book!

I have done 3 consultations last week @ $100. each and have 3 more scheduled for this week! The problem is that my phone is ringing a lot more than I ever expected it to and I'm only one person!

I honestly can't believe I am doing this! It is a dream come true that I can get up and decorate all day and have the freedom I didn't have with traditional ID work to be creative and do whatever I want to with the rooms! It is great!
